Penylan Plumbing & Heating has been looking after homes in Cardiff and Bristol for over twenty years. Some of our customers have been with us since the very beginning.
Our story
What started as one plumber with a van and a good reputation in Penylan has grown into a small, tight team of fully qualified plumbers and Gas Safe registered heating engineers covering all areas of Bristol and Cardiff.
We have never advertised much. Nearly all of our work comes from recommendations, neighbours passing on a number, landlords calling us back for another property, customers who moved house and took us with them.
That only works if the job is right every time: turning up when we say, quoting honestly, and leaving the house as clean as we found it.

How we work
Safety before anything
Every gas appliance we touch is tested and certificated. If something isn't safe we'll tell you straight and make it safe first.
Advice, not sales
Plenty of times the honest answer is a repair rather than a replacement, or nothing at all. Customers remember that.
Craft over speed
Clipped pipework, level installs, filters fitted as standard. The bits behind the cupboard door matter to us.
