Outstanding service from start to finish. Communication was clear and professional, the engineer arrived promptly, and everything was carried out with care and respect for my home. I can’t recommend Geverson Doll and the team at BR Heating and Plumbing highly enough! They recently transformed our bathroom by fitting a beautiful jacuzzi bath and a sleek shower screen, along with a new shower installation. From start to finish, their professionalism was outstanding, arriving promptly each day, consulting with us thoroughly as any issues arose, and keeping us fully informed throughout the process. What really stood out was their attention to detail and care for our home. They took great precautions to protect our stair carpet and left everything neat and tidy at the end of each day. My husband, who is a former tradesman and notoriously particular, was genuinely impressed with their workmanship and approach. Thank you, Gev, for a fantastic job! An amazing experience from Gev and his whole team; we have been so impressed with all aspects of the work on our house. There is a reason they are rated 4.8 stars. Outstanding. Friendly, helpful service, responsive, don’t overcharge. What more can I say? Where else have you seen this? Very highly recommended. 2 weeks later - new post. Sunday afternoon. I notice a small leak so deal with it and email BR office. 10 minutes later I get a call from the owner of the company checking it’s under control. 10 minutes later, on a Sunday afternoon!! Amazing.

Fanastic remote service over a video call! Our boiler was down and not re-pressurising. Gev was confidently able to direct me to the boiler then the airing cupboard upstairs and then the loft to find the problem and then show me what to do. Amazing problem solving and remote guidance!

Gev and the team are the most professional plumbers and heating engineers I have come across. They take time to explain in detail what will be done and how much it will cost. Moreover they are very fast in case of emergency (we had a leak from our boiler). Great people and great quality!
