Our replacement warranty

We give a one-year warranty on everything we replace. Contact us to discuss the coverage applicable to your work and any concern following an installation or repair.

Manufacturer warranties

Manufacturer warranty terms vary by product. These may range from one year to a lifetime warranty and are subject to the manufacturer’s own conditions. We explain the relevant paperwork at handover.

System handover & servicing

We provide operating information and system paperwork, explain the controls and show you how to make the system safe in an emergency. We also offer annual equipment servicing.
